PRIVACY POLICY — THE SLOP MACHINE

The Slop Machine ("the Project") is designed to collect as little about you as

possible. This policy explains what is and is not collected when you use the website

and contracts.

1. On-chain data is public and permanent

When you mint, transfer, sell, or burn, you create transactions on the Ethereum

mainnet. Your wallet address, the amounts, and the timing become **permanently

public** and are outside anyone's control — the Project cannot alter, hide, or delete

them, and neither can you. This is inherent to public blockchains, not a choice the

Project makes. Do not use the Project if you need those actions to be private.

address and on-chain balances to display state and build transactions. The website

never asks for, receives, or stores your private keys or seed phrase.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, standard server/CDN logs may briefly

record IP address, browser type, and request times for security and reliability.

IPFS/RPC requests. Displaying artworks and reading chain state sends requests

to third-party IPFS gateways and RPC providers, which have their own policies and

may log the request (including your IP) as any web request would.

The Project does not run advertising trackers, does not sell or rent personal

data, and does not require an account, email, or name to use.

The website may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand traffic. If

used, it is configured to avoid persistent cross-site identifiers where practical. No

analytics data is sold.

Your wallet provider, exchanges, IPFS gateways, RPC providers, and block explorers

are independent services with their own privacy practices. The Project does not

control them and is not responsible for their handling of your data.

You can use the website without connecting a wallet to browse. You control whether to

connect, mint, or transact. You cannot, however, make already-published on-chain

activity private — see Section 1.

The Project is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under the age of

majority in their jurisdiction.

This policy may be updated; the website version with its "Last updated" date is

controlling.
